Tenant Name
• Typically this is "YourCompany".okta.com
• Suffix will always be "Okta.com"

Trial Period
• Trial periods run from the 16th to the 13th of the next month. When setting up a new license your trial will end on the 13th and automatically convert to a subscription unless you contact customercare@addova.com prior to the 14th "Eastern Standard Time."

License quantity
• All users in Okta including deactivated accounts are included as part of your monthly subscription. To remove a licensed account, you must delete the user from Okta completely.

Support and Documents
• Information how to contact Okta for support is included in your "order" notes and by also logging into https://help.addova.com -> browse help arcticles -> "your company". This is only viewable by the account assigned, but others can be added by logging a request.

• Common setup and additional public self help is also located at help.addova.com and okta.com.

Question • Why does the setup take 1-3 business days
Answer • We always review orders for accuracy and each customer must have already completed a "Know Your Customer" intake form. This is to ensure customers are a perfect fit and that we exceed expectations.

Question • I am not sure about how to complete the order form and still have questions. What should I do?
